Robert Guerrero’s Grand Opening for new Boxing Gym This Saturday in Gilroy, CA

GILROY, CA (March 30, 2018) – Former multiple world champion, Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero and his dad, Ruben “Mad Dog” Guerrero, will have a grand opening of their new boxing gym in downtown Gilroy, CA, this Saturday, March 31, from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The gym, named Pound4Pound Fitness, is open to the public and will have its doors open all day. Robert Guerrero and Oscar Escandon will be signing autographs between 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Richmond’s Luis”Vicious” Garcia will defend his SWC Jr. Welterweight Title versus San Francisco’s Jhonnathan “El Terror” Zamudio. In the co-featured bout of the evening, Prenice “Greatness” Brewer (19-4) will be making his highly anticipated NorCal boxing premier vs “Smokin” Jay Krupp of New York in a 147lb Championship Bout. m
SWC Cruiserweight Champion “Magic” Mike Russell will be defending his Title. Also LATV’s Women Boxer of the year Iris “La Paquena” Conteras will face off against San Francisco’s Beki “Killer Bee” Light. There will be heavyweight action as undefeated prospect Fernando “El Demoledor” Caro battles Fremont’s Evan “The Revolution” Gubera. San Jose’s Davin “Relentless” Clark makes his pro-boxing debut versus “50 Caliber” Eric Blake of Richmond and of course there will be “Smooth Jazz” in the building , Oakland’s Jasper McCargo aims to improve to 4-0 versus Jose Galindo of San Antonio Texas.
Also.. A real treat for Northern California fight fans as SquareVision Entertainment rolls out the next SquareWarriors Championship Tournament. We have selected four of the best up and coming 154lb boxers to compete for a chance to earn their shot at the SWC Title. San Jose’s Chris “The Warrior” Washington (1-0 1KO), Live Oak’s Tony “Pretty Boy” Hernandez(1-0 1KO) Sacramento’s Ruben Torres (1-0 1KO) SoCal’s Jared “Shifta” Ejugu (0-1).
